Description

Pampero is a strategic hand-management, card-driven action-selection game inspired by Uruguays drive to increase energy security through domestic resources such as wind energy and biomass. Named after the powerful dry wind that blows from the south-west, Pampero challenges players to develop energy infrastructure, manage resources, generate batteries from stored energy, collect income, and build the most successful energy network.

Players use a starting set of eight cards on their own tableau to activate actions across different board sectors.
Includes consolidation phases where players retrieve cards, generate batteries, collect income, and advance the game timer.
The player with the most money at the end of the game wins.
